The Court has approved the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to the claimants whose Proofs of Claim were accepted.

On or about May 14, 2008 distributions were mailed to the Authorized Claimants. There were approximately 427 valid Proof of Claim forms submitted representing total Recognized Claims of approximately $3.7 million. The Net Settlement Fund available for distribution was approximately $265.6 thousand. Accordingly, each Authorized Claimant has been paid approximately 7.1% of his, her or its Recognized Claim.
